Under the billing section, you can view the current plan you subscribed. If you like to update your subscription to “Charity Monthly – 10+ Users”, click “Update Plan”
You will be redirected to the plans available in CC-Suite. Click “Get Started” under Charity Monthly – 10+ Users
Select the number of users
Fill the name and address of your billing details
Fill the required card details and click Pay
Once the payment is successful, you will be notified on the payment confirmation
You will be also notified via email on the payment confirmation.
Once the platform gets updated, you will again be notified via email.
Now your billing section will be updated with the latest plan you selected
